Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize network configurations
- Execute security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery procedures
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Provide tier-3 technical support and mentor junior administrators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field + 5+ years' experience
- Expert proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking
- Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of cloud services and hybrid architectures
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
