Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure multi-platform environments (Linux/Windows)
- Lead cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure management (AWS/Azure)
- Automate workflows using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Oversee network security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior IT staff
- Optimize system performance through capacity planning and monitoring
- Document infrastructure and maintain disaster recovery protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with SaaS exposure
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certifications
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios/Prometheus)
- Proven ability to manage hybrid-cloud architectures
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
