Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell/Python
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP configurations
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios/Zabbix
- Document procedures and maintain compliance with SOX/HIPAA standards
- Lead disaster recovery planning and testing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years administering Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or RHCSA) preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
