Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments
- Manage Azure cloud infrastructure including VMs, networking, and security groups
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations
- Perform system hardening, patch management, and vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier-3 support and lead incident response for critical systems
- Document SOPs, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Windows/Linux system administration experience
- Azure/AWS certification (AZ-104 or equivalent)
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization
- ITIL foundation certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
