Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures and monitor network security protocols
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and data restoration
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technologies
- Document IT processes and maintain system documentation
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with Windows/Linux environments
- Strong expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or Linux+) preferred
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)
- Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS benchmarks)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
