Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux server environments including Active Directory, VMware, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network operations including firewall management, VPN configurations, and LAN/WAN optimization
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and develop automation solutions for routine tasks
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and execute system backup/restoration procedures
- Document IT infrastructure and maintain up-to-date configuration management records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience with Windows Server 2016+ and Linux distributions
- Expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi/KVM) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of network security best practices and compliance standards
