Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows Server environments (Active Directory, VMware, AWS)
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Lead cloud migration projects and hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Datadog
- Develop automation scripts (Python, PowerShell) for operational efficiency
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior team members
- Document procedures and maintain disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/KVM) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitLab)
- ITIL certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus)
