Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network operations including VPN, firewalls, and Active Directory
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure system redundancy
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience with Windows Server 2019/2022
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- ITIL certification or equivalent process management experience
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools
- BS in Computer Science or related field required
