Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows Server environments across AWS and on-premises infrastructure
- Automate deployment processes using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell
- Monitor system performance with Nagios/Zabbix and optimize resource utilization
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute failover drills quarterly
- Manage network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems
- Document infrastructure architecture using Confluence and Visio
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical production systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience with Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda) and hybrid cloud architecture
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and CI/CD pipeline implementation
- CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Proven ability to manage LDAP/Active Directory environments
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex network and storage issues
