Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our dynamic team in Tulsa, OK. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-day management of our enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance of our systems.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor network devices, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement and enforce security policies, perform vulnerability assessments, and manage backup solutions.
- Automate routine IT tasks and system maintenance using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal teams.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure system reliability and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
