Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Manage network security protocols and vulnerability remediation
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system incidents
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Document IT infrastructure and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with development teams on CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Linux systems (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Active Directory
- Cloud certification (AWS/Azure) or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash) and automation tools
- Strong understanding of network security principles (Firewalls, VPNs)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
