Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
- Oversee network security protocols (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Perform disaster recovery testing and documentation
- Automate deployment processes with Ansible/Terraform
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
