Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP infrastructure
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python
- Provide Tier-3 support and lead disaster recovery initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline integration
- Document IT procedures and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL/CentOS
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps, or equivalent
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Scripting proficiency (PowerShell/Bash)
- Ability to lift 50lbs for hardware maintenance
