Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure with Terraform
- Manage enterprise-grade Windows Server and Linux environments (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Lead security hardening and compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible and Jenkins
- Provide Tier-3 support and incident response for 500+ endpoints
- Optimize network performance with Cisco SD-WAN and Palo Alto firewalls
- Mentor junior sysadmins through our structured growth program
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with cloud-first approach
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP enterprise configurations
- Advanced scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
- ITIL v4 certification or equivalent
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client visits
