Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments in AWS and on-premise
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Splunk
- Automate deployment processes with Ansible and Terraform
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP infrastructure
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Lead disaster recovery planning and system patching initiatives
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Provide Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server 2019+
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash)
- AWS certifications (SAA or Solutions Architect preferred)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of network protocols and firewalls (Palo Alto/Netscreen)
- Ability to work in rotating on-call schedule
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
