Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across on-premises and AWS/Azure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise storage solutions
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection
- Develop automation scripts (Python/PowerShell) for routine maintenance
- Oversee backup/recovery systems and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration
- Provide Tier-3 support and documentation for complex infrastructure issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
- Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certifications
- Advanced scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with VMware vSphere and container technologies
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
