Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across AWS and Azure
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover drills
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible
- Monitor system performance with Splunk and ELK stack
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document SOPs and create technical training materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert-level certification (e.g., RHCE, MCSE, or AWS SysOps)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
- Experience with ITIL processes and change management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
