Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and monitor server infrastructure across both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Implement and enforce security policies and protocols to safeguard organizational data.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for network outages, hardware failures, and software issues.
- Automate routine tasks and deployment processes using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Ensure 99.9% uptime through rigorous backup, recovery, and disaster planning procedures.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Administration or Network Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly preferred.
- Valid CompTIA Security+ or similar certification is a plus.
