Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtual infrastructure
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell/Ansible
- Diagnose and resolve complex system outages (24/7 on-call rotation)
- Optimize system performance and resource utilization
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Document IT processes and maintain configuration databases
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in system administration roles
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Proficient in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
