Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Linux/Windows server infrastructure across on-premises and AWS environments
- Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS) and container orchestration using Helm and Terraform
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible, Jenkins, and CI/CD best practices
- Monitor system performance using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK stack
- Lead disaster recovery planning and security hardening initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical production systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with Linux/Windows environments
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda) and hybrid cloud architectures
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or CompTIA Server+ preferred
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef)
- Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues under pressure
