Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across on-premises and Azure cloud platforms
- Proactively monitor system performance using Zabbix and SolarWinds, resolving incidents within SLA targets
- Execute patch management and vulnerability remediation for 50+ production systems
- Automate deployment workflows using Ansible and Terraform for scalability
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services with zero downtime
- Document IT infrastructure using Confluence and Visio for compliance audits
- Collaborate with security teams on PCI-DSS and HIPAA compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in Azure cloud services (IaaS/PaaS) with ARM templates
- Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- VMware vSphere certification or equivalent virtualization experience
- Experience with backup solutions like Veeam or Rubrik
- Proven incident management in 24/7 operations environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
