Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust server infrastructure including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems
- Automate deployment and monitoring processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Provide tier-3 support and lead incident response for critical infrastructure issues
- Document system architectures and compliance procedures (SOX/HIPAA)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking
- Proficiency with scripting (Python/PowerShell) and automation tools
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) and virtualization experience (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
