Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Linux/Windows server infrastructures using Ansible and Terraform
- Monitor and optimize cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with CloudWatch and Azure Monitor
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover tests
- Manage network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and SIEM integration
- Automate system deployments using Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical systems during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Expert proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
- Certified in AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation workflows
- Experience with VMWare ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP networking and load balancing
- Proven troubleshooting for complex multi-cloud environments
