Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS/GCP infrastructure including Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead security hardening initiatives across Linux/Windows environments and ensure compliance with SOC 2 standards
- Automate infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, and Python for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize containerized applications and microservices architecture
- Monitor system health using Prometheus/Grafana and respond to incidents with MTTR <15 minutes
- Document infrastructure blueprints and create disaster recovery plans for multi-region deployments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering Linux systems (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) with certifications (e.g., AWS SysOps Admin)
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and monitoring stacks
- Experience with network security principles and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
