Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage server environments including Linux/Windows systems and virtualization platforms
- Monitor system performance and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Provide Tier-3 support and lead disaster recovery initiatives
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps best practices
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience with Linux/Windows environments
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/KVM) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Security certifications (CISSP, Security+) or equivalent experience
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools
- Proven track record in designing scalable, resilient infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
