Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across on-premises and AWS/Azure cloud platforms
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and enterprise monitoring tools
- Lead security hardening initiatives and ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
- Troubleshoot complex system outages and performance bottlenecks with root-cause analysis
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular failover testing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Document system architecture, procedures, and runbooks using Confluence and Visio
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level Linux and Windows Server environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) with certification (AWS SysOps/Azure Admin preferred)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet) and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls (Palo Alto/ Fortinet), and load balancing
- Experience with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios) and alerting systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability to resolve critical outages
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certifications
