Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize on-premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Implement security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA)
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Proactively monitor system health and performance metrics
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response
- Document infrastructure architecture and procedures
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Linux/Windows Server administration
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/KVM) and networking
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
