Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments in AWS and on-premises
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible and Terraform
- Monitor system health with Nagios and Splunk, proactively resolving incidents
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and documentation
- Lead security hardening and compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert proficiency in RHEL/CentOS and Windows Server 2019+
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation
- AWS certifications (SAA or equivalent) required
- Deep knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Proven incident management and root cause analysis
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred
