Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance microservices in Node.js/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions
- Define technical roadmap for product modules with Product team
- Champion DevOps best practices and infrastructure-as-code
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech community events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and database design
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready code
- Experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
