Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Implement security-first DevOps practices with SAST/DAST tools
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL and Redis caching
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems
- Familiarity with fintech compliance standards (PCI-DSS, SOX)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
