Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage the Weekend Shift on-call rotation, ensuring critical systems are monitored and resolved with zero downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Nashville and our Ohio offices to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, optimize database queries, and refactor legacy systems for scalability.
- Participate in the full SDLC, from initial architecture planning to deployment and post-launch support.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering with proficiency in React, Node.js, or Python.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a Weekend Shift environment and adapt to flexible schedules.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Willingness to relocate; we provide Relocation Assistance to help you move to Nashville, TN.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
