Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Python/Django
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS for 99.99% uptime
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
