Responsibilities
- Lead incident response operations for security breaches and cyber threats
- Implement and maintain advanced security controls across cloud/on-premise environments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security documentation and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training
- Monitor SIEM platforms and analyze threat intelligence data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- Certifications (CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ required)
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network protocols
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
