Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go/Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS environments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct technical reviews for 20+ weekly PRs
- Develop RESTful APIs serving 50M+ daily requests
- Contribute to open-source projects used by 200+ enterprises
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with Terraform and Docker
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong background in observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
- Experience with fintech or SaaS scaling challenges
