Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance cloud-native applications using Java/Spring Boot and React
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and AWS infrastructure solutions
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on weekend shift team
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical challenges
- Document architecture decisions and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java and JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in AWS services and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience with weekend shift or flexible scheduling preferred
- Familiarity with fintech domain or payment processing systems a plus
- Strong communication skills with experience in remote team collaboration
