Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and R
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for real-time operational monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow between systems
- Present findings to stakeholders through concise visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven night shift or remote work capability
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
