Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software solutions for our core platform, focusing on high availability and performance.
- Lead the development and deployment of weekend maintenance sprints to ensure zero downtime for our clients.
- Collaborate closely with the QA and DevOps teams to troubleshoot complex backend issues.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain our premium codebase standards.
- Optimize existing codebases for speed, security, and scalability.
- Participate in agile planning sessions to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Drive technical innovation by researching and integrating new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of SQL databases and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Must be available to work a dedicated weekend shift schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
