Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and cloud technologies
- Lead weekend sprint planning, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions during weekend rotations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust security protocols and performance optimization strategies
- Resolve complex technical challenges and troubleshoot production issues
- Contribute to architectural decisions for new feature development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu of degree)
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and/or JavaScript with framework experience (React/Angular)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design
