Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for APT, ransomware, and DDoS attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security automation scripts for threat detection
- Collaborate with engineering teams on secure architecture design
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS standards
- Document security procedures and create executive threat reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with SOC/IR experience
- Certified CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in threat hunting and MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) environments
- Strong understanding of network protocols and encryption
- Ability to work rotating shifts in 24/7 environment
