- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while adhering to industry standards and security protocols.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and provide technical solutions for production environments.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#; experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Database Skills: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Agile: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
