Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; actively participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and performance issues, implementing optimizations to improve application speed and efficiency.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot complex bugs and resolve technical issues to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C#. Experience with React or Angular for front-end development is required.
- Database: Deep understanding of relational databases (SQL) and experience with NoSQL solutions.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Agile: Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
