Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and technical excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture design to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Willingness to relocate from New Orleans, LA to Orlando, FL.
