Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance and scalability for 10M+ user traffic
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to define technical roadmaps
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to cloud-native solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring ecosystem
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Proven track record of building high-throughput RESTful APIs
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
