Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Python and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers while maintaining 95%+ test coverage
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines for 24/7 deployment
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent TechCore at tech meetups
- Develop security-first solutions compliant with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Java/Python/JavaScript
- Expertise in cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and event-driven architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade SaaS products
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design aptitude
