Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Optimize application performance and refactor legacy codebases for better efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
