Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product) to identify trends and optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Produce clear, concise data stories and presentations for executive leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Expert level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
