Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business intelligence needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, finance, and operations to translate data into actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain and update existing data models and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) or cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
