- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user interactions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough code reviews and implement rigorous testing strategies to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in React or Node.js.
- Cloud Experience: Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Database Skills: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
