Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and industry best practices.
- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance across the codebase.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and solve complex technical problems.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and refactor code to improve speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Testing & Debugging: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain system integrity and troubleshoot production issues efficiently.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js) and backend architectures.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software under tight deadlines.
