Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing codebases to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability of our core products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and testing.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and implement robust solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and propose new technologies or methodologies to enhance our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Node.js preferred).
- Database Skills: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical challenges.
